NewsOne of the goals for our STEM program is to expose the students to different kinds of engineers. The 8th grade STEM class had a visit last week from Spy Hop who are sound engineers. In their STEM class the students are going to have a project where they make a movie and part of the special effects for movies is sound so Sky Hop introduced the students to sound in movies and music. The students made a song with Spy Hop by choosing their beat, bass, chords, and melody. In addition, Spy Hop talked about active listening, and Foley.
