Several hundred Dixon students enjoyed a visit from author Jennifer Nielsen who talked about reading and writing. She told students interesting stories and showed photos that she gathered as part of research for her historical fiction books Night Divided and Resistance. Students also asked questions and were able to get books signed and photos taken with the author. Nielsen is the author of other books including The False Prince series, The Mark of a Thief series and Traitor’s Game along with recently released Deceiver’s Heart. Mrs. Moody organized the event.
