NewsDixon will host Author Emily R King on Nov. 1. This event will be in the library at 1:30 pm. Students wishing to attend must turn in an application to Mrs. Moody in room 100 by Oct. 15 before fall break. King is the author of the Hundreth Queen Series and the best selling Before the Broken Star series. She will talk about reading and writing with students and will be available to sign books. Some books will be given away but no books will be on sale at the event.
