Did you know that Provo School District has several committees made of parents, students, teachers, and district staff, dedicated to supporting the diverse communities we serve? If you are a parent or student that belongs to one of these groups, we encourage you to reach out and see how you can get involved! Each group meets once a month during the year to plan events, discuss how our district can better understand and celebrate these various groups, and how they might better serve the students included in their group. Any questions can be directed to our district’s Diversity and Equity Coordinator, Brian Yazzie, at briany@provo.edu.
