Parents and Guardians of DMS Students,

Due to the constraints this year we will host Parent Teacher Conference meetings via Zoom this Wednesday from 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm. The campus will be closed starting at 1:30 pm. No in-person conferences will be allowed due to the need to disinfect the school as per current protocol. If parents or guardians are not available to conference with teachers on Wednesday, please reach out to teachers to schedule an appointment on a different day.

This model of Parent Teacher Conference is new to all of us in the secondary schools., please be patient as we work through the unknowns and challenges in this process. Thanks for your flexibility and understanding.
Below is the Parent Teacher Conference Sign-up Genius Link and a Video  with instructions on how to sign-up.

Parents, you will be using the sign-up genius to sign-up for an appointment and to access your appointment on the day of your meeting. For example, you may sign-up for a parent teacher conference today, Sept. 14th, then, on Sept. 16, you would need to go back into the sign-up genius to click on the zoom link to access the meeting (see video for instructions).

Also the passcode for all the PTC zoom meetings is “dixon”. It doesn’t matter which teacher you are meeting with, the passcode is “dixon”.

Padres y tutores de estudiantes de DMS,

Debido a las limitaciones, este año organizaremos reuniones de conferencias de padres y maestros a través de Zoom este miércoles de 1:30 pm a 7:30 pm. El campus estará cerrado a partir de la 1:30 pm. Padres, usarán el genio de la inscripción para inscribirse en una cita y para acceder a su cita el día de su reunión.
