Dixon Middle School

Dixon Students and Parents –

Thank you for your support as we work through the end of the 2019-20 school year.  We want to provide you with some information and procedures on what the end of the school year will look like.

PRIOR TO CHECKOUT
The finance office will have all fines uploaded and posted to https://provo.aliohost.net:7443/AlioFeePay_PSD/Account/Login by May 11th.  We encourage you to utilize this online payment website to pay your student’s fees/fines.  This will limit the amount of interaction as well as expedite your student’s checkout process as outlined below.  If you are being charged for items that you will be returning at checkout, please don’t pay those fines and simply return those items.

DRIVE-THRU CHECKOUT PROCEDURE
We will be hosting a drive-thru checkout beginning May 18th (see your scheduled time below).  At the drive-thru, you will make three stops – see map attached:
Station 1: Check-In – give your student’s name
Station 2: Return Items – Chromebook, Library books, textbooks, micro-bits, etc.
Station 3: Receive Items – Yearbook (if purchased), Art Project, Science Notebook, Locker Contents, etc.

DRIVE-THRU SCHEDULE

Tuesday, May 19th – 10am-5pm – Last Names H-P
Wednesday, May 20th – 10am-5pm – Last Names Q-Z

Please make every effort to attend on your scheduled day in order for us to better manage traffic flow.
