Do you ever wonder how PCSD makes the decision to start school late or hold a remote learning day? Read the minute by minute decision making steps...
STUDENTS ONLY! Please take the following survey:
For the past several months, the Provo City School District Safety Committee has closely studied the impact of Covid-19 on its schools and the community as a whole. In recent weeks, the data has continually followed a positive trend, showing that the overall impact of Covid-19 has continued to decrease. You can see this data on the district website COVID-19 Trends Shared with School Board and COVID-19 Summary.
Accordingly, the school board has initiated discussions about the feasibility of transitioning all PCSD schools to full time school (Phase 3) in the near future. As a reminder, full time school (Phase 3) consists on all students attending school 5 days per week and following the full day schedule. Masks will still be required during full time school (Phase 3), per the Utah health order. Students, please complete the survey above to share your thoughts with the district.
Parents and staff should have received an email with a link for them to give their opinions.
