Next June, Dixon will be sponsoring a trip to Washington DC for 30 students that are interested in learning more about US Government, National War and Presidential Memorials, Smithsonian Museums, Holocaust events of World War II, and many other places related to US History. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a connection to these important places and have a life-time memory.
This opportunity is open to all 7th and 8th grade students. The application will be due on Monday, October 3rd. Teachers and the administration will select 30 individuals from the applications and notify them before Fall Break. Students selected will then meet 3-4 times each month to prepare for this trip during iTime and After School.

Not everyone will be selected. Please take some time to reflect on the questions and do the best that you can. Good Luck!
